Moreover, state of Bahia is largest consumer market for dairy products northeastern region Brazil. On other hand, it has been observed that rural producers have low productivity competitiveness. In addition, there need implement mechanisms support competitiveness agribusinesses production sector from perspective food chains, based on evaluation factors related intangible resources, given their importance economy. this scenario, article aims present Management Model Small-Scale Dairies context Milk Agro-industrial System (SAG Leite).
